Yes. Published fees on our Services page are in NZD and include GST where we state GST inclusive. Invoices show GST details as required by New Zealand law.

Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before a session receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be credited toward a rescheduled slot—see our Return Policy and Consumer Guarantees Act rights.

Yes. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in line with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. You can also email us to opt out.
