These Terms govern your use of plantppwipe.world and related services operated by Plantppwipe, 52 Cleveland Street, Brooklyn, Wellington 6021, New Zealand ("we", "us").

1. Service description

Active Day provides digital wellness tools and optional advisory sessions. The platform is not medical software and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. In an emergency, dial 111 in New Zealand.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, harass others, or interfere with service operation. We may suspend access for breaches.

4. Fees and GST

Prices on the Services page are in NZD. Where stated GST inclusive, goods and services tax is included in the displayed price. Invoices comply with New Zealand tax requirements.

5. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

If you acquire services as a "consumer" under New Zealand law, the Consumer Guarantees Act applies. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for purpose where agreed, completed within a reasonable time, and charged at a reasonable price if not agreed beforehand. Your statutory rights are not excluded except where the Act allows.

6. Fair Trading Act 1986

We must not mislead you about the nature, price, or benefits of services. Marketing and website content are presented honestly. Individual results vary; we do not guarantee specific wellness outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

Content, branding, and software remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal or internal business use as permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including consumer guarantees.

9. Online advertising disclosure

If you reach this site through paid advertising, the landing page describes the service truthfully. Refer to our About page for business identity and Contact details required for transparency.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Courts in Wellington have non-exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first via our Complaints process.
