Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid services from Plantppwipe. It operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

1. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer under New Zealand law, services must meet guarantees under the CGA—for example, reasonable care and skill, and fitness for a particular purpose you told us about. If a guarantee is not met, you may be entitled to a remedy such as refund, repeat service, or compensation depending on the failure.

2. Booked sessions

Cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled start receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Late cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once within 90 days. If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% credit applies toward future services unless CGA remedies require otherwise.

4. No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is non-refundable. Contact us promptly if exceptional circumstances apply.

5. Digital subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans: pro-rata refund only where required by law or within 14 days of initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used.

6. Device sync clinic

If configuration cannot be completed due to technical limitations on your device, you receive a full refund for that device slot.

7. How to request a refund

Email clients@plantppwipe.world with your name, order reference, service date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Unresolved matters may be raised via our Complaints page.
